Siemens PLM and Channel Partners Celebrate Success at Go! Conference in Bali, Indonesia
Siemens PLM Software held its annual Go! Partner Conference on 2nd to 4th February in Bali, Indonesia, where it celebrated the exceptional performance of its partners across the Zone. The conference, an annual event, also serves as an opportunity for the company and its partners to share the best practices in the PLM sphere as the marketplace evolves and enjoy the benefits of enablement on Siemens’ latest products and industry solutions. The conference recognizes and rewards the most outstanding performers from Siemens PLM Software channel partners in the region.
The theme for this year’s conference ‘Gear Up!’ featured a wide range of Industry Solution showcase sessions and keynote presentations delivered by Siemens executives and Partners. These sessions covered the ‘hot’ topics and the latest trends on Smart Innovation as manufacturers are recognizing and adopting the expanding role of digital technology as a fundamental strategy to realize Innovation.
The key to innovation in today’s complex world is adopting a strategy for digitalization where the digital thread ties together all phases of the product’s lifecycle. Siemens is delivering the Smart Innovation Platform to underpin this new environment and allow companies to realize their innovation.
The conference also focused on the shift towards digital manufacturing as the industry in Asia moves into a new era of product lifecycle management marked by the advent of technologies like Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud computing.
The high adoption rate of such technologies in manufacturing is making it inevitable for industry players at every level of the value chain to educate themselves on how to overcome new challenges surfaced by developing trends. Recognizing this, Siemens PLM Software had various learning and interactive sessions on relevant emerging topics such as mastering complexity and developing products that can adapt to the fast changing demands of our customers.
Awards were distributed to partners demonstrating excellence across a range of categories. Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd won the top spot amongst Siemens PLM Software’s exceptionally strong pool of partners while Vietbay Consultants & Trading Company Ltd. was announced as the Top New Partner.
