Lantek Appoints Gemma Nogales as Director, People Development, Also to Lead Global HR
VITORIA-GASTEIZ, Spain, Jun 7, 2018 - Lantek, a multinational pioneer in the digital transformation of the industrial metal sector, announces the recruitment and appointment of Gemma Nogales Ramírez as the new Director of People Development and head of the company’s Human Resources department, reporting directly to Alberto Martínez, Lantek’s CEO.

This new incorporation is part of the organization’s corporate strategy, and derives from the initiatives proposed for the execution of the Lantek 4.0 program and the implementation of the People Management Master Plan, which will cover all aspects related to human resources management, with special emphasis on the company’s talent recruitment and retention policies, skills management and professional development plans.
From now on, Nogales will assume the global corporate management of the HR department at Lantek, taking responsibility for the management of the company’s “Employer Branding” program, the change management processes underpinned by Lantek’s commitment to digital transformation, the recruitment of new talent and retention of existing talent, and the development of ad hoc training programs for the organization’s different offices, among other functions.
For the last few years, she has worked at Denbolan HR solutions, a human resources and recruitment consultancy, where she was responsible for the Northern Area of Spain. Nogales has more than 15 years of experience in HR management and more than 10 in managing teams and HR solution projects as a recruitment, training and outsourcing consultant, and has in-depth knowledge of the industrial and logistics sector having been in charge of the layout and implementation of a multitude of projects.
Nogales holds a degree in Psychology with specialization in industrial organization from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Labor Relations from Colegio Oficial de Graduados Sociales de Álava (Professional Association of Labor Relations and Social Security Law Advisors of Álava.) In addition, she also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources management from the National Distance Education University (UNED).
