About FEATool Multiphysics

The FEATool Multiphysics software suite is developed by Precise Simulation Ltd. Established in 2013, after close to two decades of developing both commercial and academic simulation FEM and CFD codes, Precise Simulation was founded as a reaction to the frustration of having to choose between closed, complex, and difficult to use commercial software tools, or open-source but (even more) difficult to use academic tools, with nothing in between.

The idea and vision of FEATool are then to provide a truly easy to use a software simulation tool that everyone can use right away (with the ultimate goal not to require users to consult any documentation at all). In particular, starting with FEniCS and FeatFlow, FEATool uniquely aims to provide easy interfaces to excellent academic and open-source simulation codes and software which otherwise would take a significant time to understand, learn to use, and run. For more information, visit http://www.featool.com.
