EDEM Opens Office in Seoul, South Korea
EDINBURGH, UK, May 8, 2019 – EDEM, the market leader in Discrete Element Method (DEM) technology for bulk and granular materials simulation has opened a new EDEM subsidiary in Seoul, Korea.

Over the past few years, the number of organizations that have adopted EDEM software technology in Korea has grown rapidly across many industries notably in steelmaking, chemicals and construction. The opening of the Korea office will enable EDEM to work closely with those customers and to provide them with dedicated and high-quality technical support and training.
The local office is managed by Dr. Jung Kil Sim who has a strong technical background and business management experience as well as many years’ experience working with EDEM technology.
