ARES Commander Options Toolbar
ARES Commander Offers a unique way to display command option in a toolbar known as “Options Toolbar”. The Options Toolbar displays context sensitive options you can select when executing a command. It displays only those options that are available at the current prompt.
You can display or hide the Options Toolbar from “Right-click the menu bar or a docked toolbar” by clicking Options Toolbar option.
For example, if you enter the Zoom command, the Options Toolbar displays Bounds, Center,Dynamic, Fit, Previous, and Selected.
Zoom command : Command prompt display
Zoom command : Options toolbar display
Mouse hover over the options will highlight the option, and user can click for using it
When command or sub option will not have any option the it will display “No command option available”
How to use it effectively:
-: You can close the command window and display the Option Toolbar. Type the command, application will accept the command irrespective of the display of the command window. All options will be displayed in options toolbar. This gives you more working area for this gives you more working area for drawing.
Reason I like this feature:
-: All command options will be displayed in a separate toolbar. You can click the option to choose. You can close the Command Window and work directly from the Option Toolbar. (Display of command window can be controlled by Ctrl+9).
Reason I think it can improve the experience of the users:
-: This feature will definitively very helpful in reviewing the drawing:
- User can see all command option and sub command options in toolbar.
- By clicking those options can be activated.
- User can dock the toolbar anywhere in Graphical Area.
I am sure you will this effectively now. Feel free to post your experience and queries.
