ARES Commander Command History
You can open the command history in a separate window on top of the graphics area.
You can check the sequence of command and values entered in the applications. This can be very useful for creating a script.
Menu: View > Display > Command History
Displays command history
To hide the command history window you can type HideCommandHistory at command prompt.
– or –
Pressing F2 will toggle the display of Command Window.
Reason I like this feature:
-: All command and values entered from the command prompt are available in command history. Even command executed from ribbon and toolbar are available in command window. This is very useful for creating the script for creating the geometry.
Reason I think it can improve the experience of the users:
-: This feature will definitively very helpful in reviewing the drawing
- All values entered can be verified
- Same values can be used for repeating the feature again
- Command sequenced can be copied and kept for record
I am sure you will this effectively now. Feel free to post your experience and queries.
